Sustainability & short transport routes are our top priority.
That is why we source the majority of our food from the former monastery lands and the Alpe-Adria region. The use of these regional and seasonal products is reflected in our menu. We combine our passion for local products with our love of Northern Italy in all our restaurants. Responsible treatment of our nature and respectful treatment of our farmers and suppliers are just as important to us as the high quality of our food. For example, we source our meat exclusively from Austrian breeders. Our game and lamb as well as some of our fish come from the former monastery lands. Other high-quality products also come from our region, such as the Ebnater goat cheese from Mondsee, the turkeys from Innerschwand or the organic Angus from Werfenweng that spend the summer on pasture.
